Support Chatfield High School's Coach McGatlin
South Jeffco Family –
A treasured member of our community, Coach Don McGatlin (Father of Chatfield High School Football Coach Bret McGatlin), has suffered the devastating loss of his cabin that has hosted a football camp for many of our community's football players over the years.
The Coyote Creek freshman football camp site, also Coach Don McGatlin's personal cabin that he built with his own hands, has burned down. This is a tremendous loss for our community. Many young athletes from the area have great stories of this Cabin and the Camp, stories and experiences that have developed strong student athlete’s year after year at Chatfield.
It is times such as this that brings our community together, this is why we live in South Jefferson County, this is what strong families do to support each other!
We are sharing a GoFund Me link that was set up to support Coach Mac in hopes of easing the burden of rebuilding his cabin that has meant so much to so many.
If you would like to support the re-building effort please click on the photo below, every donation is greatly appreciated by our Chatfield families.
