2026 MINORS BASEBALL FOR 4 through 8 YEAR OLDS - Spring 2025

Our Minors Baseball Program is for 4 year olds through 8 year olds (player must be 4 by April 1, 2026, and player cannot be any older than 8 on April 30, 2026).

We provide an opportunity for the youngest athletes in our community to learn about the game, being part of a team, and develop skills that foster successful life skills.

Teams in our program compete against each other, as well as teams from nearby associations.  Detailed season information can be found HERE.

  • WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS?: TBALL - MUST BE 4 ON APRIL 1 AND NO OLDER THAN 5 ON APRIL 30, 2026. 1ST YR COACH PITCH - MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 6 ON APRIL 30, 2026. 2ND YR COACH PITCH - MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 7 ON APRIL 30, 2026. MKP - MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 8 ON APRIL 30, 2026.
  • Can my child play in a higher division?: There are no playdowns allowed. Play ups must be approved by the director and the coach. Please contact us BEFORE registering.
  • Can my 3 year old play?: We have found that most 3 year olds, even when they are great playing at home, get overwhelmed in games and refuse to play, or don't have the attention span for the game. This has caused teams to have to forfeit runs and/or games. We allow players that will be 4 no later than April 1st.
  • Can friends request the same team?: We do our best to honor requests, but there are no guarantees. This does depend on if all of the player's ages are appropriate for the same division, and a team has enough room to accommodate the request. There will be an area to enter your request in the registration.
  • Can we request a coach?: We do our best to honor requests, but there are no guarantees. This does depend on if the player's age is appropriate for the division the coach is in, and if they have room on their roster. There will be an area to enter your request in the registration.
  • Can my children play together?: Many times we are asked if siblings of different ages can play together. It depends on the age difference. We can never play a player down in an age group that their are not appropriate for. We will never play a player up unless they are within a year of that level and are skill appropriate. This is a safety issue, as well as keeping things fair for all players. Contact us before registering.
  • What is Opening Day?: Opening Day is a tradition where the players are presented to the fans by parading around the baseball field, a short ceremony, first pitch, meet Dinger, etc. After that, they move right into opening day games.
  • Can I request practice days?: We cannot guarantee practice days in our league. We work around the head coach's requests when scheduling the team.
  • What happens when games are cancelled?: If games are cancelled on a Saturday, the game will be moved to the same time and place 8 days later, on the following Sunday. Please plan accordingly so the team has enough players. Coaches can work together to reschedule during weeknights. Towards the end of the season some games can be lost due to a lack of time to reschedule.
  • End of Season Tournament: The single-elimination playoffs and Championship game are held the following weekend after the regular season has ended. Games are on Saturday and Sunday, sometimes even Friday if the division has a large amount of teams.
  • When will I hear from the coach?: Rosters for the 2026 season should be completed by February 23rd. As long as the coach has completed their background check, concussion and mandatory reporter training, they will be given immediate access to the roster to contact families.
